Terms of Service

Secret Resources is a division of the company MyStudio.link, SL, based in Madrid (Spain)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and MyStudio.link, SL (or “we” or “us”) regarding the use of the services available at www.thesecretresources.com (“Secret Resources“).

BY USING ANY PART OF THE SERVICE, YOU ACCEPT, ARE BOUND BY AND ARE A PARTY TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service. You represent and warrant that any profile information you submit is true and accurate, and that you are 18 years of age or older, fully capable and competent to comply with these Terms. The Service is not intended for persons under the age of 18. Use of the Service is void where prohibited. MyStudio.link, SL is not responsible for any use made of information or assistance obtained by you as part of our services, and you will be solely responsible for any violation by you of any law that may be in effect locally for you.

Account

In order to use the Service, you must create an account. When you register for an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and update it as necessary to keep it current. If you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and your use of the Service after 15 days after we have required you in writing to correct it.

You are responsible for the proper use of your account. To protect your account from unauthorized use, do not provide your username or password to anyone else. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security by sending an email to info@mystudio.link.

Secret Resources Membership

You can become a member and user of Secret Resources after signing up for one of our Plans since the moment the effective payment of the chosen subscriptionby is done (except for Free Membership which requires no payment). This payment could be a periodically recurrent fee for access to the offered services according with our Pricing and Plans page or by making a one-time payment on our Services List page.

Recurring Billing

Membership fees will be billed at the beginning of the period corresponding to the membership purchased, unless and until you cancel your membership. We automatically bill according to your payment method on the calendar day corresponding to the beginning of your paid membership. We reserve the right to change our billing time, in particular, if your payment method has not been charged correctly.

Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time and for any reason. To cancel your recurring subscription, please visit your membership settings at www.thesecretresources.com/my-subscriptions. After cancellation and after the period already billed you will lose the access associated with the cancelled subscription. 

No refunds

Payments are non-refundable and there are no credits for partially used periods. However, after a cancellation, you will continue to have access to your Secret Resources membership until the end of the current billing period.

Like any professional activity, that of a webcam model requires a certain dedication to essential tasks such as opening, completing and modifying accounts, dealing with the platforms administration andd, above all, to ensure a correct and efficient means of payment, adapted to your needs and whose cost is minimal.

All of these tasks can be implemented by SR so that you can carry them out by yourself without any problem or, if you prefer, they can be carried out regularly by our team on behalf of you.


Monetization is undoubtedly the reason that justifies so many hours of work and dedication. At SR we will take care of advising you, instructing you and operate for you whenever you need it.
